Originally from Lancaster, CA, Tabitha Conner now resides in Port Orchard, WA. She works as a lifeguard and swim instructor while also pursuing her dream of becoming a children’s book illustrator. Tabitha loves Tacoma for its vibrant artistic community, where local artists are supported and celebrated.
