Hey Aarde, How can I use my anxiety to fuel my personal growth?

Hey Driven to Succeed,
I love this reflective question, as it takes true spirit to accept the anxious aspects of our existence and, instead of feeling shame or guilt for them, transform them into catalysts for growth. You’re already off to a good start! This awareness fosters mindfulness of underlying patterns and allows recognition of one’s nature and areas for growth (both achieved and intended). Engaging in creative outlets will enable the flow of energy to transform truly. Art—be it drawing, painting, dancing, singing, or sculpting—is an action, not a production-based activity. Move your body to enhance blood flow and encourage anxiety to find a productive place to reside. Listen to and gently tap your body where energy feels stuck. Once you’ve channeled the physical and mental energy with your personal alchemy, you can transform anxiety into achieving success by setting specific, achievable goals. Breaking down large goals into more manageable tasks will ensure resilience. Setting specific smaller goals allows you to succeed quickly, which will build confidence. With all seemingly negative emotions found in our shadow, if we absolve, convert, and rectify them, we can change the waveforms to a unidirectional flow of positive current in our lives. Keep up the good work!
